What we do
BrandMatters create breakthrough brand positionings and brands that are born of a deep understanding of our client’s market, business, customers, competitors and people. We team disciplined, yet creative processes to develop new brands, including, naming, identity, brand architecture and brand strategy. We then bring this to life via graphic and digitial (web) design.
We also assist organisations in the development of actionable and measurable marketing programs.
Each client faces a different set of challenges and we tailor our services to help meet their specific needs. Our expertise fall into three different areas: Consult, Create, Express.
How we work
We approach each project with a set of guiding principles proven over past experience. We believe these principles enable us to get the best results for our clients.
- Use the knowledge inside the business that already exists. This respects and leverages the business intellect, and helps us create brand and marketing strategy that resonates.
- Move quickly via short sprints. This keeps us energised and demonstrates how the project and all of us are combining to add value.
- Focus on the big issues. Quickly understand the reasons and motivations for change, and what we need to do differently.
- Make it participative. Wherever possible, involve key stakeholders in the process.
- Do what makes sense for the entire business, as well as this individual project.
- Communicate clearly. Branding and marketing has both a rational and emotional impact on people. Clear communication throughout creates joint ownership and helps gain support and momentum for change.
Recognise that what works for some parts of the business may not work for all. Understanding linkages and cross business issues leads to a complete solution.
